• Download the plugin from http://hopadplugin.com/
• Extract the plugin from the zip archive you downloaded.
• Upload the wphop folder to the plugins folder on your server.
• login to Wordpress and activate the plugin.
• That will add a WPHopAd entry to your menu.
• click the WPHopAd menu item.
• Click New on the menu that drops down.
