WPHopAd Plugin
I just installed a new Plugin for testing, the WPHopAd Plugin. It was pretty easy to install and configure.
- Download the plugin from http://hopadplugin.com/
- Extract the plugin from the zip archive you downloaded.
- Upload the wphop folder to the plugins folder on your server.
- login to Wordpress and activate the plugin.
- That will add a WPHopAd entry to your menu.
- click the WPHopAd menu item.
- Click New on the menu that drops down.
- Now configure youur ClickBank nickname, the colors, size, ad text, and ad keywords for your ClickBank Ad.
- Your done with that part, don’t forget to save your Ad.
- Now you need to go to Appearance, Widgets.
- Scroll down, it will probably be the last Widget entry.
- Click add, then on the right click edit for the new WPHopAd item.
- Give it a name if you want.
- Click save.
The hardest part was matching the background color of the Ad with the sidebar background color. That involved going to Appearance, Editor and opening the sidebar file. Once in the sidebar file you just need to find the Hex code for the background color, and then using that for the background color of the ClickBank Ad.
